The following services are included in our Basic Home Care Management package: - Welcome Service: Prior to your arrival or the arrival of any of your immediate family members or non-paying houseguests, we will inspect your home, adjust the thermostat, turn on lights, and open draperies so your home is warm (or cool) and inviting as you enter your front door.
- Weekly Inspections: A personal tour of your home-- both inside and out—will be conducted on a weekly basis. Thermostats will be adjusted seasonally; doors and windows checked to make sure they are closed completely and secured, lights and appliances will be checked. Homeowners will be notified of items that need attention or repair. Trashcan liners will be placed in the outside trashcans after the weekly scheduled trash pickup, and the area around the cans inspected.
- Concierge Services: Let us make your visits to The High Country carefree! We can make dinner reservations for you, schedule golf and tee times, arrange for horseback riding lessons, find you a massage therapist, arrange for a personal trainer—you name it—we can find the person to do it for you.
- Package and Delivery Service: We will accept small UPS, Federal Express, and U.S. Postal Service packages in your absence. We will sign for, unpack and inspect for damage (if requested), and then deliver the package to your home.
- Key Access: At your request, we can provide access to your home to others in your absence. We will provide your immediate family members and non-paying houseguests with keys for check-in. We will also provide key access for utilities and/or repair persons doing interior work to your home. Keys will only be given to those individuals specifically identified by you, the property owner.
- Fitness Center: As a participant in our Home Care Management program, you may enjoy full use of the Fitness Center at The Inn at Yonahlossee. The Fitness Center is equipped with two treadmills, 2 Precor Elliptical Cross Trainers, free weights, and stationary resistance machines. A cedar lined sauna, sun deck, men's and women's shower facilities are also available.
- Accounting: a statement of accounting will be prepared and sent to owners on a monthly basis.
Fees for Basic Home Care Management: The fees for Basic Home Care Management are determined by the size of the home – the actual square footage. Fees are also based on what is deemed by the Yonahlossee Resort Accommodations to be “normal” home setup and “average” requests for Basic Home Care Services. Homes with more elaborate systems that require more intensive inspections or more qualified staff may require higher fees. The monthly fees for Basic Home Care Management begin at $125 per month for homes less than 1500 square feet. Ten per cent discounts are offered to those home owners who enroll in the program on an annual basis and pay the annual fee in advance. Term and Renewal Homeowners may enroll in Home Care Management for periods of six months to a year. At the completion of the contracted period, the fees for Basic Home Care Management and the services required to maintain the home are reviewed. At that time, the annual fees may be adjusted and the contract renewed for an additional period if both parties are in agreement.
