Our dedicated staff has been taking care of homes in The High Country for over 20 years. We know what it takes to care for a mountain home, and we know whom to call if a problem arises. Our experience and knowledge help you better enjoy your home away from home. Home Care Management is available at two levels of service: Basic Home Care Management includes weekly inspections of your home. No longer do you have to worry about your home during periods of absence or when the weather turns cold. A member of our Home Care Team will personally visit your home and complete a lengthy inspection both inside and out. Should any problem or irregularities be discovered, you as an owner will be contacted immediately. Prior to your arrival in the mountains we will turn on heat or air-conditioning, turn on lights, and open draperies so your home is welcoming and inviting as you enter the front door. Other services included in Basic Home Care Management include a package and delivery service for smaller items, a key service for service personnel, use of the Fitness Center located in the Inn building, and regular monthly accounting. Personalized Home Care Management services are offered in addition to the services provided by Basic Home Care Management. To take advantage of our personalized services, you must be a subscriber to our basic services program. Our Personalized Home Care Management services are customized to the needs of each particular homeowner. Our job is to make the time that you spend at your mountain home as carefree as possible. Imagine, arriving to an immaculate home recently cleaned by our professional housekeeping staff, a refrigerator fully stocked after a long day’s travel, fresh flowers in your window boxes in the Spring, and a freshly plowed driveway on a snowy night.
