|  For our customers enrolled in Basic Home Care Management, we also arrange for home care services customized to the needs of each individual homeowner. We call this program Personalized Home Care Management. Some of our more popular Personalized Home Care Management services include: - Housekeeping: We can arrange for a variety of housekeeping services ranging from daily touch-ups, departure cleanings, to a major spring-cleaning. We can even find someone to do windows! Laundry services include a 24-hour wash, dry and fold service.
- Repairs and Maintenance: We will schedule, coordinate, and supervise all routine repair and maintenance work. We will inspect your property to make sure that jobs were completed in a satisfactory manner. The majority of the work will be completed by professional persons – not by members of our own staff. Every effort will be made to utilize the most highly skilled persons.
- Move-In and Service: We will accept the delivery of furniture and household items as you “get settled” into your new home. We will arrange to have boxes unpacked, dispose of packing materials, and furniture arranged.
- Copy/Fax/Notary Service: Participants can utilize the fax and copy equipment conveniently located at the Inn at Yonahlossee for nominal fees. A licensed notary is available Monday-Friday.
- Home Winterization: We will arrange to have a qualified individual prepare your home for those times when you are away from your mountain home. We suggest draining the water pipes, turning off the water pump (if applicable), and turning off the hot water.
- Snow Removal: Snow will be removed from driveways and parking areas after every snowfall. This allows service and emergency personnel the ability to access your home at all times.
- Hot Tub Maintenance: With 48 hours notice we will make sure that your hot tub is ready for you.

Fees and Minimum Balance: Only home owners enrolled in Basic Home Care Management are eligible to receive services offered by Personalized Home Care Management. Those homeowners desiring Personalized Home Care Management are required to maintain a minimum balance in an operations account at all times. This amount is determined after a meeting with the home owner and the Home Care Manager and the specific needs and requirements of the home owner are determined. This amount will be reviewed periodically and may require adjustment as the needs of the home owner change. Service providers will be paid directly from the home owner’s operations account. The fees for Personalized Home Care Management are determined by the service being rendered. If the service is performed by a Yonahlossee Resort Accommodations employee, the service will be billed at an hourly rate or a flat predetermined fee for a particular service. If the service is performed by an outside contractor or third party, the fee will be determined by adding the cost of the service(s) plus a 20% service fee per service.
