The Inn & Studio Cottages:
An advanced rent payment equal to 50% of the nightly room rent is required to confirm a reservation. Payments not received within 10 days will result in cancellation of the reservation without notice.
The remaining balance, which includes the nighly room rent and all applicable taxes, is due 30 days prior to arrival. If advance payment is made by credit card, the remaining balance will automatically be charged to the credit card used for the initial advance rent payment. Any additional expenses incurred during the stay are due and payable at checkout.
Cancellations made with 3 or more days notice will result in a full refund less a $38 cancellation fee (plus tax). Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice of the reservation are subject to full forfeiture of the advanced rent payment unless the accommodation is re-rented for the same period of time and at the same rate. This includes cancellations due to inclement weather.

Condos, Townhomes, & Private Homes:

We accept cash, money order, VISA, or MasterCard. Personal checks are accepted for advance rent payment if made 30 days prior to arrival. Payments made by personal check require credit card imprint at check-in to secure the accommodation. Travel Insurance:

Well-behaved pets are allowed in some of our accommodations. Arrangements for pets must be made prior to arrival. Please review the following:
- Inn Rooms - absolutely no pets allowed!
- Studio Cottages - pets may be allowed with an additional non-refundable pet fee of $25 per night.
- Condos, Townhomes, & Private Homes - pets may be allowed in some properties with an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150 per rental.
In addition to the non-refundable pet fee, pet owners must agree to authorize Yonahlossee Resort Accommodations to recover any and all pet damage/liability.
