House Rules
We want your vacation to be carefree & memorable ... please be sure to read over these terms & conditions and make sure that everyone in your party is aware of the rules.

Responsible Party - The person in whose name the accommodation is reserved will be held responsible for all occupants complying with rental policies, procedures, restrictions, and observation of quiet times.

Liability for Damages - Aside from normal wear and tear, you will be responsible to pay the owner for any damages to the property or its contents during your residency.

Quiet Times - In compliance with the rules and regulations of the Yonahlossee Property Owner's Association, all tenants must observe quiet times from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am.

Rental Capacity - The owner of the home in which you are staying has determined the maximum number of tenants allowed. The maximum number includes children and is indicated in your rental agreement.

Parties - Tenants are not permitted to host parties or group functions without the knowledge and permission of the rental office.

Parking - The Yonahlossee Property Owner's Association rules and regulations prohibit parking on the roadway within the resort. Park in designated parking areas only. Please do not park in neighboring driveways..

Long Distance Phone Calls - The telephone in your unit is blocked for long distance calls. All long distance calls must be charged to your home phone, credit card, or calling card. Please do not charge any calls to the owner!

Cleaning - Cleaning is provided upon your departure. If conditions exceed those of a general clean up, additional fees will be charged.  Daily room refreshening is provided for guests of Inn Rooms and Studio Cottages.

Furnishings and Décor - The owner of this home has placed furnishings according to his/her personal taste. Moving furniture could result in additional charges.

Pets - Well-behaved pets may be allowed in SOME of our properties.  A non-refundable pet fee of $25/night in a Studio Cottage or $150 Flat Fee non refundable in a condo, townhome, or private home is required.  Arrangements for pets MUST be made in advance.  If an unauthorized pet is discovered, the responsible party will be charged an additional $250.00 and asked to remove the pet immediately.

Substitution - We reserve the right to substitute accommodations if circumstances require.

Check-Out - Tenants must vacate properties on the last day of tenancy before 10:00 am. Keys should be returned to the rental office. Your unit should be left as you found it. Under certain circumstances, late check-outs may be arranged.

After Hours Emergencies - Phone numbers are provided for you if you have an after hours emergency.  Medical emergencies should be referred to 911.  This is a private line of one of the Inn employees and we ask that you call them only in the event of a TRUE emergency regarding repairs.  You will reach a voice mail, please leave a message and the employee will return the call in a timely manner.  The employee will determine if the problem requires immediate assistance or can be taken care of the following day.

Cancellations - If you wish to cancel your reservation, your advance rent deposit will not be refunded unless the unit is re-rented for the same time period that you reserved. If the unit is rebooked, you will be refunded your advance rent deposit less a $25 cancellation fee.  Travel insurance quotes are available upon request.

Bad Weather & Other Nuisances - As you plan your trip to the mountains, please remember we do get rain, snow and some foggy days and occasional inconveniences which are out of our control. Please be patient if you encounter any inconvenience, we will be as responsive as possible, and will certainly try to remedy those things which are in our control. Examples of inconveniences which are not in our control, and which do not warrant any refund of rental monies include:

  • Breakdown of TV's, hot tubs, or other appliances.
  • Construction taking place in the area.
  • A home which is not decorated or accommodated to your personal taste.
  • Bad weather (if your vacation is during the winter months, please come prepared to drive in the snow and ice to reach your unit).
